Behind the Scenes: Creating from Service
People often ask how I come up with my programmes.
They imagine it’s some kind of business planning flowchart. Strategy sessions. Launch metrics. Funnel talk.
But honestly?
It never starts there.

It usually begins with something small - something someone says in passing, or a pattern I notice in a few different people.
Often, it's not even what they say, but what’s underneath it.
There’s a kind of tension or confusion. A sense that they want to go further but something’s holding them back - and they’re not sure what.
I can feel how much people want to connect - how important it is to them.
But alongside that hope, there’s usually a fear.
The fear that maybe it’s not working. Or that they’ll never feel truly confident in their connection.
It shows up in subtle ways - like a hesitation in a practice session, or a question that’s asked with a nervous laugh.
Or when someone says, “I know this might sound silly but…”
That’s often when we’re closest to the heart of what’s going on.
That’s where my work starts.
The Spark: Confidence Is the Real Missing Piece
The idea for the Animal Communication Confidence webinar didn’t land as a marketing plan - it came from listening.
I kept seeing the same themes come up:
“I’m not sure I’m doing it right.”
“What if I’m just making it up?”
“It works with other people’s animals, but not my own.”
“I don’t know what’s real and what’s wishful thinking.”
Sometimes people said those words directly. Other times, it came through more quietly - in their posture, their pauses, or the way they softened when they finally admitted they were struggling.
It became clear this wasn’t about technique.
It was about trust.
And the kind of confidence that doesn’t come from getting things “right,” but from staying with yourself in the process.
That’s what shaped the webinar.
The Webinar: Testing If It Resonated
I called it:
Animal Communication Confidence: Master It Like a Pro (Without Going Pro)
That wording mattered.
I wanted it to speak to people who weren’t trying to become professionals - but still wanted to feel solid in their ability to connect with their own animals.
The webinar offered three key shifts:
Letting curiosity lead, rather than pressure
Reconnecting with intuitive senses and signals
Asking better questions that deepen the dialogue
The goal wasn’t to “teach” more. It was to help people recognise what they already sense - and give that some room to breathe.
What stood out to me most during the live session were the simple things - head nods, chat comments like “That makes sense” or “I thought it was just me.”
That’s when I knew the message was landing.
That it was needed.
The Programme: Created for Those Who Are Ready
After the webinar, I didn’t rush into promoting a next step.
I took time to reflect:
What would really help the people who are ready to go deeper?
That’s how the Pet Communication (Advanced Personal Practice) programme came together.
It’s not a surface-level course.
It’s a six-month experience for people who want to refine their own way of connecting - who don’t want a one-size-fits-all approach, but a way to strengthen their own trust, rhythm, and language with animals.
It’s for those who are serious about this, even if they’re not doing it professionally.
And it’s designed to meet them where they are - while giving them space to grow beyond what they currently believe is possible.
Working With People Who Are Truly Ready
There’s something incredibly energising about working with people who are ready.
Not ready in the sense of having it all figured out - but ready to show up for themselves.
To practise, explore, and build something that lasts.
I’ve learned that trying to convince someone never works.
But when someone feels the pull, when something in the work clicks into place for them - that’s when the real magic begins.
That’s who this programme is for.
And that’s who I love working with most.
